Craft your own chocolate confections under the expert guidance of Chocolatier Igor Van Gerwen. You’ll start with a hot drink of choice, then create a selection of chocolate clusters to take home.
This is your chance to try the Tasmanian Wine Show’s 2025 Champion Wine of Show! The “Pinot Noir Deep Dive” includes a sample of Ghost Rock’s award-winning 2023 Estate Pinot Noir (set aside exclusively for TrailGraze-rs), alongside three more wines, Pinot grapes straight from the vine, and a tasting plate of Tasting Trail produce to match.
Take a tour of the berry patch and on-site nano-distillery, then join a cellar door tasting of six new liqueurs, some made from berry varieties you might never have heard of!

Discover hidden treasures! La Villa will pop the cork on museum and special release sparkling wines not usually available for tasting, on its TrailGraze-exclusive sparkling flight. Still varietal favourites will also be on the pour.
