Whisky Walk Tours
Go behind-the-scenes of this working distillery to see what makes Hellyers Road and its range of fine single malt whiskies truly unique. Tour includes a sample of 2016 Port Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky, and the option to pour, bottle and hand wax seal your very own bottle of 20-year-old Australian single malt whisky direct from the cask!

Built on land that was carved out by explorer and cartographer Henry Hellyer in 1827, Hellyers Road Distillery was founded by a group of dairy farmers. Enjoy the Whisky Walk – a guided tour of the distillery, where you can bottle and wax seal your own Hellyers Road Distiller’s Choice whisky, complete with signed Certificate of Authenticity. Settle in to sample a range of Hellyers single malts and whisky liqueurs, or enjoy a meal and coffee in the restaurant.
An easy 30-minute drive from Devonport, the Hellyers Road Visitor Centre offers breathtaking views over some of the nation’s best pastoral lands and the inspiring Emu Valley. A visit to Hellyers Road is a fascinating insight into how one of the world’s emerging whisky brands continues to pioneer.
