Where Place Shapes the Plate

North West Tasmania is defined by rolling green hills, rich volcanic soils and some of the world’s cleanest air. These elements don’t just frame the landscape - they shape how and what we grow.

Cool-climate wines. Grass-fed beef. Seafood from Bass Strait and pristine inland waters. Cheese, berries, grains and small-batch spirits. Here, landscape, season and science work together.

TrailGraze is your chance to experience that connection first-hand and to understand why this place tastes the way it does.

Choose your course

TrailGraze is designed as a choose-your-own adventure.. but if you’d like an easy way to picture the weekend, here’s how it can unfold.

Start Friday night gathered around fire at our signature TrailGraze Feast, with local food, producer stories and good company setting the tone. Wake up Saturday for brunch at a vineyard - a relaxed morning of great food, conversation and ideas, enjoyed in a beautiful North West setting.

Then it’s time to hit the Trail. Meet the chocolatier and create your own flavour with Anvers. Get your feet dirty grape stomping, pick your own hazelnuts, forage for truffles, sip and paint with palawa-inspired paints, or settle in for tasting plates and guided flavour experiences - think Tasmanian Pickled Onions paired with wine, finished off with a cheese-board moment that says, “just one more stop.”

Experiences are ticketed and designed to be mixed and matched across the weekend. Follow a suggested itinerary or build your own — dip in for one event or make a full weekend of it.

Choose your course and experience TrailGraze your way.
