Southern Wild Distillery bases its three Dasher + Fisher gins on the landscape and ingredients that are found in the local area. Head Distiller Shane O’Reily has developed the core gin range – Mountain, Meadow and Ocean using the ‘Tassie trio’ of ingredients: native pepperberry, lavender and wakame. They are uniquely Tasmanian, wild and pure.
The focal point of the distillery is a unique, 1000L copper still. Drop in to experience the tasting room, and visit the bar for a cocktail using a range of spirits and liqueurs made on-site.
