Owner and Head Brewer Tom Green will take you through a guided tasting of five of Little Green Men Brewing’s very best brews, each with their own unique flavour and serving styles.
From British styles served from a traditional hand pump, French Saison conditioned in the cellar for over 12 months, to modern fruited kettle sours, this guided tasting will give you an interesting insight into how these beers are made and why they are all served differently.

Anvers Chocolate Factory in Latrobe is a chocolate lover’s heaven. Chocolate truffles, chocolate oranges, fudge and pralines are hand-made using fresh Tasmanian cream and butter, single origin chocolate, fruits, nuts and liqueurs.

The winemaking team will finish off the wine for you after the juice has been pressed off and send it to you post-vintage. Jim & Val Hursey purchased the current Hursey’s site in Stanley in 1987, and a fish factory, takeaway and small café were built. A complete renovation in 2015 now sees a 100-seat upstairs restaurant, with a takeaway and fresh fish sales area downstairs.
Hursey’s nine fishing vessels catch Southern Rock Lobster/Giant Crab, and scale fish and gummy shark from Bruny Island in the south to King Island in the Bass Strait and right along the rugged West Coast. The daily catch is processed on-board ready for restaurant and export sales.

From the purpose-built observation room, enjoy a full view of the resident cows being milked by state-of-the-art robots. The ladies come in voluntarily throughout the day for milking, snacking and well-earned head scratches. Learn the history of dairy farming and cheese-making in the region that produces some of Australia’s highest quality milk.

VINTAGE FOOT STOMP
There’s nothing better than the feeling of grapes between your toes! Join the Meander Valley Vineyard owners to pick some grapes, load up the oak barrels and stomp them underfoot in the age-old tradition.
Then, enjoy a taste of some freshly ‘machine’-pressed juice and the current range of Meander Valley wines.
The event runs at 11AM, 1PM and 3PM on Saturday and Sunday for $35 per person.

Visit Blue Hills Honey on Saturday 22nd for a FREE tour with their resident beekeepers. Tours run for 30-45 minutes at 11:30AM, 1:30PM and 2:30PM, with limited numbers for each tour.
