Seven Sheds Brewery

Good beer is best enjoyed in the sunshine, over a yarn, with a background chorus of birdsong… just what they usually offer.

Meander up their driveway and enter a care-free zone while you park in front of the brew-house (Shed 7). Inside the cellar door building, which is in their rather large backyard, you’ll be greeted by the owners or one of their loyal team – all locals who can help out with touring options. Often you’ll meet the unofficial brand ambassador – Sooty the brewery cat.

Most days our visitors can soak up the sun out on the deck, overlooking the hop garden, comparing notes with others on the road and meeting locals. Otherwise there’s undercover picnic tables, blazing fire-pits for chilly winter afternoons or comfy indoor warmth.

Navigate a tasting paddle or order a glass of your latest favourite ale. Share some travelling tales with your beer buddies, even if you’ve just met them. Then grab some takeaway brews to match your evening dining plans, or send a mixed pack home for your “I’ve been to Tassie” bash.
