Kick off your TrailGraze weekend in style with the TrailGraze Dinner returns on Friday 10 April 2026, serving up an unforgettable night of flavour, stories and good company – all in a stunning North West spot we’ll reveal very soon.

This signature opening event is all about the producers and the incredible ingredients that make the Tasting Trail what it is. Expect a generous feast, shared plates, great drinks, live music and a warm, relaxed atmosphere that has become the heart of TrailGraze.

What to Expect

We’re keeping most of the evening under wraps for now, but here’s a little taste. You’ll be welcomed with a drink before settling into a beautifully curated dinner crafted by Chef Jimi, who’ll bring the flavours of TrailGraze to life right in front of you. Throughout the night, you’ll meet the producers…and their friends – hearing the stories behind the ingredients and learning what makes this region so special.

The long-table feast will feel relaxed and generous, with live music setting the mood and producers sharing short, heartfelt moments from their world. And, if the weather plays nicely, dessert will finish the night with a little twist under the stars.

This dinner will include both indoor and outdoor elements, so dress comfortably, warmly and with a bit of Tasmanian flair.

Think layers, boots (yes, boots welcome and encouraged), cosy jackets, and “practical-but-make-it-cute” vibes.
