Hailed as one of the most exciting chefs of her generation, Analiese Gregory left a prestigious restaurant career behind for the slow pace of life in rural Tasmania. Since moving to the island state in 2017, she has thrown herself into creating a new life, learning to hunt, fish and forage. Her adventures have been documented in her book, How Wild Things Are, as well as in her TV show for SBS, A Girl’s Guide to Hunting, Fishing and Wild Cooking.
