• There’s no such thing as a bad time to get around a grazing platter, so start your day in Ulverstone with Tasmanian Pickled Onions’ signature tasting experience, featuring locally-made chorizo, cheese, and – of course – pickled onions. A wine tasting from next-door neighbours Broad Acres is also included.
  • Take the highway east to Penguin Beer Co. for a fun, hands-on crafty cocktails workshop, where you’ll learn how to make two beer-based cocktails, with plenty of tasting, tips and tricks along the way. Or save the northern coast for the end of the day – the team will be slinging their menu of burgers, tacos and water views until late all weekend.
  • Head back towards Devonport in time for lunch at Turners Beach Berry Patch. Wood-fired pizzas and real fruit ice creams are on the menu, and the patch is yours to explore for pick-your-own berries.
  • Finish the day 10 minutes down the road at Island State Brewing, where a behind-the-scenes tour with the experts includes a beer poured direct from the tank, and a guided flight of four award-winning brews.
