Beginning his career in Sydney working in Tetsuya’s restaurant, Luke’s talent in the kitchen has taken him around the world – and ultimately led him to settle in Tasmania. Along with his business partners, Luke put Hobart on the map for fine dining in 2010 with Garagistes. Luke has been a major influence in shaping Tasmania’s reputation for being the gourmet state that it is today.
