Originally from Victoria, Kobi’s early career was spent working at a number of restaurants around Victoria, before moving overseas. While abroad, he did stints working at acclaimed venues including In de Wulf in Belgium, Relae in Copenhagen, and The Fat Duck in Bray, among others. Now, as the owner of two beloved hospitality businesses in Hobart, Lucinda and Dier Makr, Kobi has brought his passion for Tasmanian produce to the fore.
